Resident of Westlake Forest since 2013. He has a degree in Communications and Marketing. He is a retired business owner of a landscape company and is currently employed by Harris County Pct.3. David became a board member in July 2018 to fill a vacated position.

Sally has a J.D. degree from South Texas College of Law and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Houston. Sally’s professional experience includes real estate, oil and gas, and renewal energy industries. She has served as a board member of Westlake Municipal Utility District No. 1 since 1996 and has been a resident of Westlake Forest since 1993.

James has an extensive background in the technology sector, specifically within high-performance computing (HPC) and artificial intelligence (AI). His experience also includes 27 years of experience at a global technology company.

James has been a Board member since 2022 and has been a resident of Westlake Forest since 1989.
